Thank you for using Genarrator. We strive to provide a high-quality storytelling experience powered by the Genarrator engine. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for our subscriptions and digital purchases.
1. Subscription Renewals
Genarrator subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing Dashboard. Cancellation prevents future charges, but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
- Accidental Renewals: If your subscription renewed accidentally and you have not used any story credits or downloaded any audio files in the new billing period, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the renewal date.
2. One-Time Purchases (TopUps)
TopUps are one-time purchases of digital story credits. Because these are immediate digital allocations, they are generally non-refundable once the purchase is complete and the credits are added to your account.
3. Technical Failures and Errors
We want you to get what you pay for. You may be eligible for a refund or a credit replacement if:
- You experienced a significant, reproducible technical failure on our platform that prevented you from generating or accessing your story.
- You were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a billing error.
Please note that minor engine anomalies or dissatisfaction with the creative direction of the generated story do not constitute a technical failure and are not eligible for a refund.
4. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team with your account email and the details of the transaction. We aim to process all valid refund requests within 5-7 business days.
5. Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the site.
